[Download Marco's Picture: 38K] This is the index to several reports about cycling tours covered in one day. Each one crosses one or more Alps (Forealps) passes and requires (surely for me) at least 8-9 hours to be completed (stop for eating, resting,shopping,taking pictures and so on included). Use long summer days to perform these tours always in the light; as these are among the hottest days of the year I suggest you (tritely ?) to get yourself a good deal of water and food (because, ok, we're not riding in the desert but drinking fountains and supermarkets are not everywhere).
